Common questions

How does pricing work?

Defog Premium is a subscription, available as a monthly or yearly plan. The yearly plan starts with a free 7-day trial so you can try the full app before paying. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that you can still open the app and view insights and reports you previously unlocked.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Defog, go to the paywall or settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can delete your data or your entire account from the app's settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your logs and check-ins. If you need help, email support@defogapp.com.

Is Defog a medical app?

No. Defog does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Insights, reports, and experiments are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
