Request a refund

All Defog purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested and granted through Apple. Refund decisions are made at Apple's discretion and our support team cannot override them.

Request a refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Choose Request a refund under the reason menu.
  3. Select the Defog purchase, then submit.
